Get more customers from the website you already have.
Your site is probably doing an okay job. It could be bringing you a lot more work. We improve the website you already have, so it loads faster, reads properly on a phone, and gives visitors an easy way to get in touch. The first step is free.
Your website should be bringing you customers, not losing them
Your website should be bringing you customers, not losing them
Someone finds you on their phone. The page takes six seconds to appear, the text is too small to read, and the phone number is three taps away. They can't tell whether you're still trading, so they go back to Google and ring the next business on the list. You never find out it happened.
When a site behaves like that, the usual advice is to rebuild it: a five-figure quote and weeks offline. For a business whose site mostly needs to load faster and explain itself more clearly, a rebuild is rarely the right answer.
So we don't start there. Rennwick works on the site you already have, on the platform it is already on, and makes it quicker and clearer about what a customer should do next. Your content, your products and your web address all stay where they are.
The first step is a free teardown. A teardown is a plain-English review of your website: what a first-time visitor gets from it, where people are dropping off, and the two or three things we would fix first. It costs nothing, and asking for one doesn't commit you to anything.
Fix the site you have, then get it found.
You can start with either half, and add the other later.
Upgrade the site you have.
If your site is on Shopify, BigCommerce or an older design, the answer is usually not a new website. You need this one to be quicker, easier to read on a phone, and better at turning visitors into enquiries. We do that work on the site you already have.
- Pages that load quickly on a phone and a slow connection
- A clear next step on every page
- Everything you already own left where it is
Ready-made help to get customers.
When the site is in better shape, the next job is getting people to it. The shop has fixed-price kits you can run yourself and work we do for you, with a deliverable and a date.
- Guides and templates from €49
- Security audits from €149, with a ranked list of what to fix
- Done-for-you work from €497, delivered on a promised date
Not sure where to start? Either half can come first, and the first step is free.
What happens after you get in touch
You send us your web address
The free teardown form takes about two minutes. No phone call, and nobody chases you afterwards.
Our tools go through the site properly
How fast it loads, how it behaves on a phone, whether a visitor can tell what you sell, and how easy you are to contact. You get the findings in plain English.
You decide what to do
If something needs fixing, you get one fixed price and a date. If a product in the shop covers it, we say which one. If the site is fine, we say that instead.
We do the work
Upgrades happen on the site you already have, and you get a short note explaining what changed.
Fixed prices, no quote needed
Every price is in euro, and every item is a one-off purchase. Nothing renews, and every price is on the page.
Before you get in touch
Do I have to change platform or rebuild?
No. The work happens on the site you have, and you keep your platform, your products and your web address.
How do you make money if you don’t sell rebuilds?
Upgrades and shop products, both at a price agreed before anything starts. You can read what you get and what it costs before you commit.
Is the email outreach allowed?
The kit is templates, plus a plain-English primer on the rules. Nothing is sent until you have approved each email, and you supply the contacts. What you are allowed to send depends on who the person is and where they are, so the primer sets out what to check. We don’t give legal advice.
I don’t know which one I need.
Start with the free teardown. We will tell you the two or three things costing you customers, and whether that is a product from the shop or a piece of work on your site. Asking commits you to nothing.
Start with a free teardown.
Send us your web address and we will tell you what a first-time visitor sees, what is costing you enquiries, and what we would fix first. It is free, it takes about two minutes to ask for, and there is no sales call at the end of it.
