What is the difference between a package and a shop product?

Shop products are fixed-price and delivered as they are described. Packages are quoted per project, because the amount of work depends on the site, what it is built on and how far it is from where you want it. Every package starts with a free teardown so the quote is based on what we actually find.

Do you rebuild my website?

No, and it is usually the wrong first move. We improve the site you have — keeping your platform, your content and your URL — unless a rebuild genuinely works out cheaper. That is a rare answer.

How is the price decided?

It is quoted per project after a free teardown, so you are pricing the work that is actually needed rather than a list price. You see the scope and the price before anything starts.

What if I only need one thing?

Then buy only that. The shop carries the single items at fixed prices, from a €49 blueprint up to done-for-you work, and you are not obliged to take a package with them.

Website Teardown Done for You, €497

We go through up to ten key pages of your site the way a customer would, test the forms and enquiry paths, read your analytics if you have them set up, and send you a prioritised fix list. A 30-minute call comes with it. Delivered within five working days.

Done-for-you Website Content, €997

Up to five pages, or a full shop set, written in your tone and approved by you. Two rounds of changes are included, and you get ready-to-paste documents. Pasting them in is optional.

Security audits

If your site takes payments or holds customer details, an audit shows you what is exposed before someone else finds it. Three levels, and the same three whether you host the site yourself or use a hosted platform like Shopify or BigCommerce.

Automated, €149

Automated checks on your pages and your domain: how the site performs, how it behaves on a phone, your domain and email records, whether you appear on any blacklist, and whether the software or apps you rely on have known security problems. PDF report within three working days.

Reviewed, €500

Everything in the automated check, plus a person going through your backups, your database settings, your accounts, and who can access what. Comes with a call to talk through the findings. Five working days.

Custom, €600

For large or business-critical sites. We scope the job first, then give you a written fixed quote for the audit and for fixing what it turns up.

Which one do I need?

If you don't know, start with the free teardown. It costs nothing, and it tells you what is wrong before you spend anything.

If you would rather do the work yourself, buy a kit. If you want it handled, pick a done-for-you service. And if you take payments or hold customer data and nobody has checked in a while, start with an audit.

Questions we get asked

Are these prices in euro, and do they change?

Yes, euro. What you see is what you pay. Upgrade work on your own site is the exception: that is quoted per project, in euro unless we agree otherwise, after a free teardown.

How quickly do I get it?

Kits arrive immediately. Done-for-you work arrives on the date quoted when you buy, usually five to ten working days. Campaigns run over 30 days. Automated audits take three working days, and reviewed audits five. A custom audit starts with a scoping step so we can quote a date.

What if it isn't what you described?

Tell us. If a kit does not match its description, or a service or audit misses something inside its stated scope, we will fix it or refund it.

I'm on WordPress or WooCommerce. Where do I fit?

Security audits for WordPress and WooCommerce sites run through the version for sites you host yourself. For build-and-fix work beyond the audit itself, our partner agency Pink Crab handles it, and we will make the introduction.
