How Rennwick uses AI

How Rennwick uses AI

Last updated: October 2026. This page describes how Rennwick uses artificial-intelligence tools across rennwick.com and our services. We publish it because transparency about AI use is now a legal obligation, and it should not be hard to find.

Where AI is used on this site

  • We use AI tools to research, outline and draft the articles and pages on this site, including the plain-English guides on the EU AI Act.
  • AI-assisted content is reviewed and corrected by a person before it is published. Where a page makes a legal claim, it is checked against primary sources, and every such guide carries a "last checked" date plus a note that it is general information, not legal advice.
  • Our contact form is a normal form, answered by a person rather than a chatbot or an AI receptionist. Replies are written by a person.

Where AI is used in our services

  • The AI-Tell Audit uses AI to assess how likely a website's content is to read as machine-generated, and reports the signals it found.
  • The AI Reputation Report uses AI assistants to check what they say about your business, and reports the results so you can act on them.
  • The Private AI Stack and Private AI Install set up AI systems on your behalf, on your own infrastructure where that is the point of the service.
  • The AI Act Fix and the AI Act Readiness Pack are the human service that produces your disclosure wording, labelling and AI policy.

Where a service produces AI output, the service page tells you what the AI does and how its output should be used. AI output is a tool; responsibility for the final decision remains with the human who uses it.

Automated decision-making

We do not use AI to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. Any AI used in our services is assistive, and its output is reviewed by a person before it is relied on.
