For large stores on a hosted platform such as Shopify, BigCommerce or Wix: custom themes, many apps, and complicated payment setups. This work starts with a paid scoping phase so we can quote you properly.
- The scoping phase: we ask about the store, review what you use and how it fits together, and send you a written fixed quote, usually within 24 to 48 hours of your enquiry
- A full audit across your store: the theme, the apps, the connections to other systems, staff and partner access, and how payments and customer data move through it
- A review of your custom theme code where the platform lets you add it, done by reading the code so the findings are worth acting on
- We carry out the configuration fixes and app clean-up agreed in your fixed quote
- A ranked findings report, a record of what was fixed, and a short summary you can act on
The scoping phase costs €600. The written quote that follows covers the audit and any fixes, so the price is agreed before that work begins. We do not take on build work beyond audits, and WordPress or WooCommerce work goes to our partner agency, Pink Crab.
