- The scoping phase: we ask about your setup, look at what you run and how it fits together, and send you a written fixed quote, usually within 24 to 48 hours of your enquiry
- A full audit across your system: the applications you run, the servers they sit on, and the outside services you depend on
- A review of who can get into what, including admin and staff accounts, and how passwords and keys are stored and shared
- A risk review of your custom code and add-ons, done by reading the code rather than trusting a long list of automated alerts
- We carry out the fixes agreed in your fixed quote
- A ranked findings report, a record of what was fixed, and a short summary you can act on
