The Install — a Business Agent You Own

Description

A working agent, installed in your business in a week. It answers your enquiries, books the appointment, sends the reminder, drafts the quote from your own rates, chases the ones that go quiet, and logs everything to your CRM. It runs on a server in your name, and you own it.

This suits a business where every enquiry lands on the same person, and that person is you. A missed call at two o'clock is a job somebody else quotes. An invoice nobody chased is cash that arrives next quarter, or never.

What the agent does

• Answers the phone, the web form, the info@ inbox and your social messages, in your tone, with your prices and your opening hours.
• Books the appointment into your calendar, confirms it, and sends the reminder before it happens.
• Drafts the quote from your rate card, sends it, and follows up the ones that go quiet.
• Logs every enquiry to your CRM with the name, the contact and what they wanted.
• Sends you one short summary in the morning: what came in, what was booked, what still needs your decision.

Three things outside this install

Each of these is a different trade, done by different people. A single supplier offering you all of them is selling a promise.

• Your website. We do not build, redesign or edit it, and the install does not change a single page.
• Your advertising. No ad copy, no campaign management, no media buying, and no promised volume of leads. The agent answers the enquiries your advertising already brings in.
• Research and strategy. It will not tell you which market to enter, which customers to drop, or what to charge. It runs the admin you have already decided to do, the way you already do it.

You own it

The server is in your name, and your data stays on it. The rules the agent follows are yours, the runbook is yours, and every password is handed over at the end of the install, so a different technician could pick the whole thing up without asking us anything.

Renting a seat in somebody else's tool works differently. You pay every month for access to something you never held, and leaving means exporting your own data out of a system you never controlled. Here the agent is yours outright. You pay for the server it runs on and the AI it uses, and you can switch it off yourself at any point.

The install, day by day

Seven days, agreed on a date before we start:

• Day 1, fit. We map every way an enquiry arrives and what should happen to each one. You approve that map.
• Day 2, install. Your own server, in your name, with backups and the agent running on it.
• Day 3, connect. Your email, phone, calendar and CRM connected and tested end to end.
• Day 4, teach. Your prices, service area, opening hours and tone loaded. You review what it will say before it says it.
• Day 5, test. Real enquiries run through it while we watch, and faults are fixed the same day.
• Day 6, handover. A recorded walkthrough, a written runbook, and the passwords.
• Day 7, watch. We monitor the first full day live and tune anything that needs it.

What it costs to keep running

Nothing is charged monthly for access to the agent itself. You pay for the two things that exist:

We agree a monthly spending cap with you before handover, so a busy month is something you see coming.

Scope, price and date

The work is scoped before it starts and the price is fixed. When you order, we agree what is included, what it costs and when it begins. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately, and you approve it before any work happens. Support for genuine faults runs for 14 days after handover.
