Terms of Sale

Terms of Sale

Last updated: 11 September 2026. These terms apply to anything you buy from rennwick.com.

1. Who you are dealing with

Rennwick is a trading name of a business operated from Meenagh, Kiltyclogher, Co. Leitrim, F91 FX05, Ireland. You can reach us through the form at rennwick.com/contact/ or on +353 85 224 2648. We are not an agency network.

2. What we sell

  • Digital guides and kits — delivered as a file (PDF or similar).
  • Done-for-you work — a website teardown, content writing, or a managed outreach campaign.
  • Site and security audits — automated, reviewed or custom, for your own server or a hosted shop.
  • Setup and install work — including private, on-premises AI systems.

The description on the product page forms part of our agreement with you. Where a product page and this page disagree about what is included, the product page you bought from wins.

3. How a contract is made

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order — for example, if the work is outside what we can honestly deliver — we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Prices, currency and tax

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page and repeated at checkout. Any tax that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a price change never applies to an order we have already accepted.

5. Paying

Payment is taken by the method or methods offered at checkout. Where a product asks for payment before work starts, checkout will say so. Work on a paid service begins once payment has cleared and you have given us what we need to start (for example, your URL or your brand assets).

6. Delivery

What arrives, and when, is set out on our Delivery page and on the product page you bought from. Digital files are sent to the email address you used at checkout. For services, we agree the date with you before work starts.

7. Cancelling: the 14-day right (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the day the contract was made, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us through the contact form or by phone, or use the cancellation form at the end of this page. We refund within 14 days of your cancellation, by the method you paid with.

Three things change how this works, and we state them plainly:

  • Digital files. If you ask us to supply a download immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your cancellation right once the file has been supplied, the 14-day right does not apply to that file. We ask for that acknowledgement before the download is released. If you have not acknowledged it, the right stands.
  • Services started at your request. If you ask us to begin work inside the 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the part already carried out, and we refund the rest.
  • Free work. The free teardown is free. Nothing to cancel, nothing to refund.

If you live in the UK, or elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own local consumer law. Nothing in these terms reduces it.

8. If something is wrong

Tell us. Where work is faulty, not as described, or not delivered, we will put it right, replace it, or refund it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are in addition to these terms, not instead of them.

9. Audits and testing: what you are authorising

When you buy an audit, you confirm that you own the website, server or domain you have given us, or that you are authorised to authorise its testing. We test the address you nominate and nothing else. If you are buying on behalf of a client, you confirm you have their permission.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is caused by us failing to use reasonable care and skill. Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit or lost business.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

11. Complaints

Please contact us first — we reply to messages within two working days. If we cannot settle it between us, consumers in Ireland can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), consumers in the UK can contact Citizens Advice or their local trading standards service, and EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

12. Which law applies

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer living outside Ireland, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you ordered.

Model cancellation form

You only need to use this form if you want to; a plain email or phone call saying you are cancelling does the same job.
