Digital guides and kits

Sent to the email address you used at checkout, normally within minutes of payment. If it has not arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder first, then tell us and we will resend it. Files are yours to keep and to use in your own business.

The free teardown

It costs nothing and there is no obligation. We reply to messages within two working days. Our tools go through the site the way a phone on mobile data does, and we aim to send the review within five working days. If we cannot hit that, we tell you rather than leave you waiting.

Done-for-you work

A website teardown, content writing or a managed outreach campaign arrives on the date quoted when you buy — usually five to ten working days. The date is agreed with you before work starts, and it is stated at the point of purchase, not afterwards.

Audits

Each audit product page states its own delivery time. Where a page does not state one, we agree the date with you before work begins. An audit report is delivered as a written document with the findings and their severity, and where the tier includes a call, we book it with you after you have had a chance to read the report.

Private AI setup and install

These are scheduled pieces of work. The date is agreed with you before work starts — we do not invent a standard turnaround for an installation we have not yet scoped.

If we are going to be late

We tell you as soon as we know, with a new date, and the reason. A late delivery does not cost you anything: if the new date does not suit you, you can cancel that order and we will refund it.
