You own the agent, the data and the server
Most ways of putting AI into a business work the same way. You rent a seat inside somebody else's product. Your data sits in their account. The day you stop paying, it is gone. We install this one on your own server, which changes all three.
What you hold after handover
- The server. It runs in your name, on your account.
- The data. Every enquiry, every booking and every note the agent keeps stays on your machine. Nothing is copied into our systems, and no second copy sits in somebody else's cloud.
- The rules. Your prices, your hours, your service area, what the agent may say and what it must never say. You hold all of it as files you can read.
- The runbook. Written in plain English, so another technician can pick the whole thing up without asking us a single question.
- The passwords. All of them, at the end of the install.
Why we build it that way
The alternative leaves a customer in a weak position, usually without the customer noticing. When your data lives in a supplier's account you cannot leave without losing the history. You cannot inspect what is kept about your customers. You cannot stop the supplier raising the price or rewriting the terms underneath you, because you never held the thing you paid for.
With the agent on your own server, those three problems do not arise. If you stop working with us, nothing switches off. The history stays.
What you pay for instead
You pay once to install it, then the costs that exist: the server it runs on and the AI usage it consumes. Nothing is charged per user, per seat or per month for access to your own agent, and the AI usage is billed at what it costs.
What we do not do with your data
Your customer conversations stay on your machine. We do not sell them, we do not train anything on them, and we do not use them to build a product. During the install we can see what we need in order to do the work. On request we delete anything we hold and confirm that in writing.
Where the data physically sits
Your customer conversations, your enquiry history and the rules the agent works from all live on one machine, the server we set up for you. If you have a requirement about which country it sits in, say so before the install begins and we will place it accordingly.
